Quick tips to increase productivity

Analyse multiple files and extract the repetitive text as a RTF file.

  1. Create a blank translation memory in the required pair

     

  2. Setup and configure the TM

     

  3. Analyse the files using the blank TM

     

  4. Export Frequent Segments to a RTF file

     

  5. Translate the RTF file in Word with blank TM

     

  6. All repetitive text is now translated and appear in the TM

     

  7. Re-analyse the files to see the difference.
