TTC's project management training is going places

Nurcan Yorulmaz is now officially qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Manager.

Nurcan Yorulmaz, a senior project manager who has been working for TTC Language Services since 1999, has recently been accredited with a PRINCE2 qualification. Nurcan is now officially qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner Project Manager.

Established in 1992, TTC provides a wide range of language services in over 100 languages. The ability to recognise customer requirements coupled with a small but flexible team makes them one of the highest quality language service providers.

At TTC Language Services training is of the upmost importance. All employees at TTC are challenged and supported in their professional development. This level of staff commitment ensures that the service provided by all members of the team is of the highest quality.

Project management plays a crucial role within the company and all of the translation projects that it undertakes. TTC’s project managers supervise all stages of the translation process from quote to delivery.

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management. It is widely recognised and used in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and internationally.

Projects managed using the PRINCE2 methodology benefit from using common systems, procedures and language. With a united and consistent approach, communication is precise and effective. The result is a controlled, organised work strategy and highly successful projects.

The Practitioner level qualification along with valuable experience renders Nurcan an indispensable asset. All other project managers at TTC are now working towards the same goal.
