One Day Trados Training Courses for Beginners

Freelance translators, project managers and translation company managers would benefit from this one day hands on course.

Get some inside into the pros and cons of upgrading your translation process with the use of computer aided translation tools like Trados. Is it worth it or do cons outweigh the pros?

This one day course will help you:
* identify and critically assess the benefits of using Trados in everyday translation workflow and gaze into the future trends of the translation industry.
* get an insight into the basic functions and features of Trados
* perform real-time operations using various functions of the application.

Friday, 15 May 2008 (from 10am to 5pm) in CHELMSFORD, ESSEX BOOK NOW

Friday, 22 May 2008 (from 10am to 5pm) in LONDON (near London Bridge station) BOOK NOW

Cost: £180 + vat (The cost includes refreshments)

Number of participants: 12 (we will need 6 participants in order for the course to go ahead)

Trainer: Eric Karahalli. Eric is full-time employee of the company. He has been using Trados since 2000. He has experience with many applications including MS Word, Framemaker, Indesign etc. He has been successfully implementing Trados aided localization workflow in many languages including Arabic and Hebrew. He is also a qualified teacher/trainer (PGCE) with the right skills to communicate his knowledge to his audience.
