Overview

TTC Language Services Ltd is a leading translation and localisation company that has been trading since 1992. It is to move its headquarters from its current premises in New London Road, Chelmsford during July of 2006.  

They have moved to larger and refurbished premises on Broomfield Road. These exciting new expansion plans reflect the forward thinking approach that TTC looks to adopt in all areas of its business.

Why Move?

Whilst the offices on New London Road were satisfactory, they were slightly restrictive in terms of design, layout and location. With this in mind, the growth of new business and additions to staff numbers, TTC Managing Director Levent Yildizgoren felt the need to expand the current operations of the company.

“We are moving to a new and secure building with the latest technologies, equipment and facilities. This will allow the company to expand and accommodate future growth for the foreseeable future. We feel that it will be of immense benefit to the client and to ourselves. It is an exciting phase for our company as we look to push forward”.

The Location

The site offers close proximity to the town centre and the on-going regeneration of Duke Street. As Chelmsford continues to develop and expand, new commercial opportunities are frequently arising. TTC Language Services Ltd has taken advantage of this by securing a site in a prime location.

As well as new residential properties in the area, retail and commercial spaces are also being created whilst demand is extremely high. The bus station on Duke Street is a prime example - combining luxury apartments with new offices for companies. The regeneration is progressing rapidly and the area is set to become a vibrant part of the town. TTC is perfectly placed to become a part of this exciting development.

The site is located less than a five minute walk to both the bus and train stations. It is also situated just off Parkway which provides links to the A12 for London and Colchester. Chelmsford is also jus thirty minutes on the train from London and a thirty five minute drive from Stansted Airport.

The new premises

The new site is a two storey building and offers a greater amount of space for TTC to operate their highly regarded services. It will feature a large open plan area, offices and a dedicated space for clients to meet with project managers. The site has been completely redeveloped both externally and internally and offers top of the range facilities to its clients and staff.

The offices will also have the latest modern technology for staff to work with, thus providing and ensuring a more efficient service than ever before. As TTC looks to expand and grow, the premises on Broomfield Road provide a perfect backdrop for their future business ventures.

The Future

TTC prides itself on delivering cost effective and high quality services to its enviable list of clients. However they always striving to improve all aspects of their performance. TTC feel it is doing just that by moving to larger and more modern premises in July.

TTC Language Services Ltd is always looking to work with new clients but is dedicated to its existing customers who have helped shape and develop the company in the last few years.
