Here at TTC, customer satisfaction is our
top priority. We aim to provide you with a high quality translation,
tailor-made to fit your needs. Your translation will be supervised by a
project manager, who ensures that the assignment is running smoothly and
that deadlines will be met. Your project manager is the person to
contact with any queries you may have.
Our Promise to You
-
There
are no hidden charges: the price on your
quote is the price you’ll pay (unless, of course, you add to your
project once it has begun).
-
We
will make sure that the translator we use is the best-suited to your
job: our translators are subject to a rigorous vetting process to ensure
that they are sufficiently skilled and reliable. Our translators
translate into their mother tongue: this ensures that the translation is
as culturally accurate as possible, whilst being adapted to fit the
target market.
-
We
will reply to any queries you may have as quickly as we can and do
everything we can to resolve any problems (in the unlikely event that
any arise).
-
We
will keep you updated with regards to your project’s progress and will
consult you regarding any decisions that need to be made about the
translation.
-
Any
private and confidential files you send to us shall remain as such. We
can encrypt e-mails and keep any hard-copies of documents under lock and
key. We ask all of our translators to sign a non-disclosure agreement,
so any restricted information will not fall into the wrong hands.
-
Der
Kunde ist König – Le client est roi -
お客様は神様:
no matter what language you require, how small the project is or what
you need translating, at TTC, the customer is always king
Help Us to Help You
There
are some things you can do to help the translation process:
-
Provide
us with any reference material you may have (brochures already in the
target language, a link to a country-specific website etc)
-
Supply
us with a glossary, if you have one: if there are certain terms that
must be translated in a certain way, a glossary ensures consistency
-
Set
a reasonable timeframe for your project: a translator can translate
around 1,500 words a day, but you should also make allowances for the
time required for checking and the possibility of any problems arising
(changes or additions to the original file, problems with technology,
questions from the translator etc)
