		WELCOME TO TTC - MEL Since TTC's formation in the 1990s, there has been an increasing demand for translation and interpretation in languages of the UK's minority ethnic communities. We have always done our utmost to respond to this steady growth in demand and to keep pace with the government's National Strategy Action Plan, which has highlighted the importance of "*harnessing the knowledge and energy of local people and empowering them to develop their own solutions*". To respond to this demand, TTC has launched a division in 2002 which focuses purely on Black and Minority Ethnic languages translations. The aim of this division is simple: to help public sector organisations provide high quality services.
